30-day return window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Generators must not have been fuelled, run, or had oil added — for safety and shipping compliance, units that have been fuelled or operated cannot be accepted back into inventory and may not qualify for a return. Custom, special-order and clearance items are not eligible unless defective.

Starting a return

Call +1 (405) 309-3910 within 30 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and the reason. Once approved, we send return instructions and a shipping address.
